We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate shipping fee of $5 will be applied. We use standard shipping methods and aim to deliver your order within 3-5 business days. If you require express shipping, please contact us for a quote. We take great care in packaging your order to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about a product, you can return it to us within 14 days for a full refund. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
